In this article, we explore the lounges in Japanese airports where you can use your Priority Pass for domestic flights. We update the content regularly to keep it current; the most recent update was on September 8, 2023.

• You can use the Priority Pass at four airports in Japan: Narita Airport, Chubu Centrair International Airport, Kansai International Airport, and Fukuoka International Airport!
• The lounge at Fukuoka International Airport is available only to international passengers!
• The only ANA lounge in Japan where Priority Pass members can gain access is at Kansai International Airport!

Not Available: Lounges at New Chitose Airport

As of 2023, there are no lounges at New Chitose Airport where the Priority Pass can be used, neither for domestic nor international flights.

However, if you hold a Rakuten Gold Card, Rakuten Premium Card, or Rakuten Black Card, you can access the credit card lounges even as a domestic passenger.

Available Lounges for Everyone in New Chitose Airport: No Priority Pass

Available: Lounges at Narita Airport

Both Terminals 1 and 2 at Narita Airport feature lounges accessible with a Priority Pass.

There are five lounges at Narita Airport where you can use your Priority Pass, two of which are open to domestic flight passengers. These two are card lounges, available also for Rakuten Gold Card holders.

Priority Pass and Lounge Key Lounge at Narita Airport

Terminal 1: IASS Executive Lounge 1

Located in the general area, this lounge is open to domestic flight passengers. Find it on the 5th floor, North Wing side of Terminal 1.

• Operating hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Open daily)
• Alcohol service: Available (up to one drink per person)
• Children: Free entry for children under 12 years

Terminal 2: IASS Executive Lounge 2

Situated outside the restricted area in a general space, it is accessible to domestic flight passengers. Find your way to the lounge from the 3rd floor (departure floor) of Terminal 2; enter the main building and go to the 4th floor using the escalator next to the "G" check-in counter, then turn left to find the lounge entrance.

• Operating hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Open daily)
• Alcohol service: Available (up to one drink per person)
• Children: Free entry for children under 12 years

Terminal 3: No available lounges

Narita Airport's Terminal 3 doesn't house any credit card or airline lounges. Designed exclusively for low-cost carriers (LCC), it offers only a minimum set of shops including convenience stores.

Guide to Airport Lounges at Narita's Terminal 3

Not Available: Lounges at Haneda Airport

There are no lounges available for Priority Pass holders in both domestic and international flights at Haneda Airport.

Available: Lounges at Chubu Centrair Airport

There are lounges where the Priority Pass can be used.

At Chubu International Airport's domestic flights section, there are two places where the Priority Pass can be used:

• Kutsurogi-Dokoro (くつろぎ処)
• The Pike Brewing Restaurant & Craft Beer Bar

At "Relaxation Place," the first spa facility available to Priority Pass holders, a discount of 3,400 JPY (including tax) is applied from the usage fee, which covers the observation bath and meals at the facility's restaurant. The Pike Brewing Restaurant offers American cuisine with craft beers, where a discount of 3,400 JPY (including tax) can also be applied to the bill.

Please note that "Ethan Stowell PIZZA & PASTA" closed down on March 26, 2023, and is currently unavailable for use with the Priority Pass.

Centrair lounge priority pass

Located on the 4th floor of Terminal 1 at Chubu International Airport, you can receive a discount of 3,400 JPY (including tax) off the billing amount.

• Opening hours: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (open all year round)

The Pike Brewing Restaurant & Craft Beer Bar

It is located on the 3rd floor of the "Flight of Dreams" complex situated between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at Centrair. Here, a discount equivalent to 3,400 JPY (tax included) is available on the billing amount.

• Opening hours: 11:00 am to 6:30 pm (open daily)
• Conditions for accompanied persons: Up to 2 companions per cardholder are allowed
• Accompanying person's usage fee: Based on the credit card linked to the Priority Pass

Available: Kansai Airport

There are lounges where the Priority Pass can be used. As of December 8, 2022, "BOTEJYU1946" located in the domestic departure area of Terminal 1 became available for use with Priority Pass.

Lounges at Kansai International Airport

The lounge is located in the departure area past the security check of Terminal 1 at Kansai International Airport. Showing your Priority Pass and boarding pass allows you to enjoy food and drinks up to 3,400 JPY (tax included) for free. Moreover, if a cardholder registers one companion, a total amount up to 6,800 JPY (tax included) is available for free food and drinks.

Please note, while lounges "Rokko" and "Annex Rokko" at Kansai International Airport's Terminal 1 do accept the Priority Pass, they are located in the area past the international flights immigration checks, hence cannot be accessed by domestic flight passengers. Moreover, the ANA lounge, which became available in August 2023, is situated in the departure area, and only international flight passengers can use it.

• Opening hours: 11:00 am to 6:30 pm (open daily)
• Conditions for accompanied persons: Up to 2 companions per cardholder are allowed
• Accompanying person's usage fee: Based on the credit card linked to the Priority Pass

Not Available: Itami Airport

There are no lounges where the Priority Pass can be used, both for domestic and international flights. At Itami Airport, although international flights operate, there are no lounges where the Priority Pass is accepted.

Not Available: Lounges at Fukuoka Airport

There are no lounges available for use with the Priority Pass for domestic flights (since it is located in the international departures area, domestic flight passengers cannot use it). At Fukuoka Airport, only international flight passengers can use a lounge available for Priority Pass holders.

This is the "KAL Lounge" offered by Korean Air. Though it was temporarily closed due to the pandemic, it reopened on November 1, 2022!!!
